Questions on forehead lifting

Will I look younger afterwards?
Yes, the face will look about 8 to 10 years younger.

Where are the scars?
The scars are made in the hairline, or the hairline of the forehead.

Will my forehead be higher then?
If the forehead is very low, the incisions are made about 5 cm into the hair, lifting the hairline slightly. Otherwise the hairline remains unchanged.

Is feeling in the forehead affected?
Feeling in the area behind the cuts may be affected for up to 6 months.

What are the risks?
Post-operative bleeding may occur in the initial hours after the operation. Damage is extremely unlikely. Infection does not occur if hygiene is observed in the first weeks after the intervention.

Is hair removed?
No. No hair is removed.

How long should I take it easy?
No strenuous activities should be undertaken in the first 8 days after the operation .

Can I resume work after a week?
Normal unrestricted social activities can be resumed after about 7 to 10 days .
